Changing Culture... One Peer At A Time.

Power of Peers is a student-led program that brings general education and special education students together to strengthen our school culture and make high school a more positive, inclusive, and fun place to be. Through teamwork, creativity, and service, members of Power of Peers plan events, lead school-wide initiatives, and create meaningful connections across grade levels and classrooms. Whether it’s organizing spirit weeks, supporting classmates, or finding new ways to spread kindness and school pride, Power of Peers empowers students to lead with heart—and reminds everyone that we’re stronger together.

Power of Peers: Stronger Together

Building leadership, connection, and confidence through the power of relationships at Marinette High School

At Marinette High School, the Power of Peers chapter is built on a simple but powerful belief: students grow stronger when they grow together. This program creates a space where relationships come first, and real connection becomes the foundation for personal and academic success.

Through structured conversations, shared experiences, and intentional peer support, students learn how to lead, listen, and lift one another up. It is not about perfection. It is about progress. Students are challenged to take ownership of their choices, build character, and develop the confidence to navigate both school and life with purpose.

Power of Peers is more than a program. It is a culture shift. It turns isolation into connection, uncertainty into direction, and potential into action. When students realize they are not alone and that their voice matters, everything changes.
